Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be requested in writing or via the WhatsApp contact numbers provided on our website. Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancel 7 days or more before departure- No cancellation charges.
• 5Cancel 5 to 7 days before departure – 50% charges apply.
• Cancel 3 to 5 days before departure – 75% charges apply.
• Cancel less than 2 days before departure / No Show – 100% charges apply.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking. Convenience fees or payment gateway charges are strictly non-refundable.
